First and foremost, they discovered that they could purchase their own building. Furthermore, they realized they could acquire all the additional inventory and equipment they would need, and all within the budget of $650,000.

Financing entrepreneurs have a lot of options, which is good, but it can also make it challenging for them to decide what is suitable for their particular company. The two owners chose to take a chance and applied for a couple of loans. Ultimately, they found that a commercial mortgage made the most sense, and the lenders approved their application.
